How we handle information.

This privacy statement is indicative and describes how Metanoia Auctus Intelligence, a trading name of Key 2 Life Ventures Pty Ltd, intends to handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

We collect only the information you choose to give us, such as your name, organisation and email when you ask to become a founding partner. We use it to reply to you and to understand what the sector needs. We do not sell it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to anil@metanoiaauctus.com.au.

As our applications move into use, this statement will be expanded to cover automated decision-making disclosure obligations that commence under the Privacy Act on 10 December 2026.
